The best way to keep your property looking spectacular is by taking advantage of our Maintenance Cleaning Program. This will keep your Exteriors fresh and give you some savings on services. It's like washing your car, you don't just do it one time, you maintain it over time. We offer maintenance cleaning options to best fit your property and to save you money. You can customize how often you want the service completed.

How it works:

Maintenance Cleaning is pretty self explanatory: frequently Cleaning to keep ahead of the dirt, dust, mold, mildew and algae. Just like taking your car to the car wash or your routine interior house cleaning, your properties exteriors are just as important.

When we finish a service with you, we will ask if you would be interested on booking a Maintenance Clean Appointment. This can be customized to your needs, and can give you up to 30% savings.

For our Paver Sealing Maintenance Clean you get 30% off on 12 month appointments.

What Options Do We Offer?

Platinum 

30%

1-6 Months

This plan is great for maintaining high moisture areas and high traffic areas such as storefronts, dumpster pads, driveways, etc.

Gold

20%

7-12 Months

This plan is for the homeowner that likes to keep their property looking pristine. This will keep the HOA at bay and keep your property looking fresh.

Silver

15%

13-18 Months

This plan is great for the properties with more sun light that has slow accumulation of dirt, grime and algea.

* Maintenance Cleans are qualified when we provide a service then within 18 months or sooner performing the same service. The said Discount for the maintenance clean will only apply to the service we already performed work on and the sale price has to be $200 or greater to apply the discount. If time goes beyond the 18 months you will still get the current customer discount of 10%. Any add-ons will be charged at a bundling discount. Other offers are not valid with maintenance cleaning discounts. Please note that rates and prices are subject to change.

Paver Sealing Maintenance Clean

Get the most out of your newly sealed pavers to ensure the longevity of both your surface and the sealer that is protecting it. Keep your warranty valid by maintaining your sealed surface every 12 months.

This appointment will provide premium cleaning for efflorescence, algae, grease and oil. While also inspecting to make sure the sealed joints don't have any weed poking through.
