What To Expect On Service Day

Introduction and Expectations 

Our first mission is to introduce ourselves and to identify what areas you want improved based upon the customers expectations. During this stage if you would need to add on services you are welcome to do so. Just keep in mind, some work might require more time and we may need to schedule the additional service for another date. If add-on services are required, we can adjust the quote as needed.

Pre-Work Inspection

After we gather the customers expectations, we then proceed with the pre-work inspection. This inspection will locate any pre-existing damages to the property. This is a great way to protect us, in addition to making the customer aware of issues they may not have known about. This inspection will make sure that the property is ready for services. Following the inspection, we  will take some before photos so that later we can put them with the after photos to see the transformation.

Completing the Task

Now that we know the customer's expectations, and the property was properly inspected and everything is documented, we can begin work. Depending on the scope of work, there will be different preparations and precautions we will take to ensure the safety the customers house, plants/vegetation, grass as well as any pedestrians in the area. Safety cones are put out to make people aware of the work area. We also will water the plants, vegetation and grass to ensure no contamination.
