What To Expect From A Consultation

We investigate your expectations to ensure your satisfaction.

Introduction and expectations

Our first mission is to introduce ourselves and to identify what areas you want improved, and how you want them improved. During this stage we determine which of our sealing products best fit your desired appearance, stability and finish.

Sand color Selection

We use SEK surebond joint sand. The sand is important for joint stabilization. Our sand is designed to complete the interlocking of the segmental pavers because it is coarse, angular and meets ASTM-C144 Specifications. This type of sand is more stable in the paver joints and has the optimal gradation to ensure long term performance of the pavement system. Our joint sand is available in 6 different colors. (Pearl, Tan, Gray, Fieldstone, Platinum, and Black)

Measurments & details

During this step, we use our precise measurement tool to properly get the exact square footage of surface being sealed. Accuracy is important in order to know how much sand and sealer will be needed to complete the job. Our process will then be explained to the customer, in order for them to know what will be done to provide the quality results and what to expect with this service.

Quote & Scheduling

After we present the quote and cover all details, you can take the time to review the quote. Our highly knowledgeable technician is there to answer any questions you may have and to guide you through the process until completion. We recommend including your spouse when making any decisions, and to let us know if you have further questions, we are always available to contact for questions. Once you decide to accept the quote, we will discuss scheduling.

For a successful restoration which includes sealer application. The cleaning process utilized is very important and properly sets the stage for optimal sealing conditions. We know that it is important to attack all stains and clean the surface throughly to improve the aesthetics as well as prepare the surface for ideal sealer adhesion.

Trdent's Wipe Out will lift and remove embedded dirt and grime with its proprietary clean rinse technology. Wipe Out's neutralizing qualities will ensure maximum adhesion for trident's sealers.

Paver Sealing Maintenance Clean

Get the most out of your newly sealed pavers to ensure the longevity of both your surface and the sealer that is protecting it. Keep your warranty valid by maintaining your sealed surface every 12 months.

This appointment will provide premium cleaning for efflorescence, algae, grease and oil. While also inspecting to make sure the sealed joints don't have any weed poking through.
