Service Agreement
Terms and Conditions

Legally Binding Agreement:
By Clicking accept on this contract with Sunshine State Power Wash LLC, you are signing a legally binding contract for work to be completed at an agreed-upon price. In the event that you break this contract, all deposits made to the company shall be surrendered as damages. Failure to pay may result in court fees and a lien on your property.
Service Warranties
A) Sunshine State Power Wash LLC offers a 30 day warranty for all cleaning services with limitations. Warranties will not be valid for service areas effected by acts of mother nature, or if any updates or changes have been made to the service area. Sunshine State Power Wash LLC has the right to not cover warranties on service areas with pre existing conditions, or service areas that show signs of pre existing damage.
B) Roof washing comes with a 1 year warranty. Warranties will not include the event of pollen, leaves or debris accumulation.
C) Sunshine State Power Wash LLC offers a 3 year limited warranty for paver sealing services.
Our paver sealing Limited 3 year service warranty will ensure you get a premium service and protect you from failures and complications. (1)This warranty will cover a failed seal job, meaning if you find that the surface is looking bad such as cloudy/chalky in appearance. This will be protected for 3 years from the date of completed service. If a failure occurs It would most likely be visible in the first 3 months after the service was completed. (2) This warranty will cover any weed growth in the first 3 years after the service is completed. If this occurs we will inspect and resolve the issue. (3) This warranty will cover any peeling/flaking of the sealer in the first 3 years. To maintain this Warranty the customer must have Sunshine State Power Wash LLC out for the recommended yearly maintenance cleaning and inspections.
Exclusions:
This warranty will not cover damages caused by (1) Improper cleaning or maintenance. (2) Lack of maintenance. (3) Existing stains or damage on the pavers before sealing. (4) Excessive weather events like heavy frost or extreme heat. (5) Damage caused by the act of mother nature or other major events such as fire, flooding, and fallen debris. (6) Improper drainage leading to moisture buildup. (7) Insect or animal activity. (7) Improper usage or storing of items/vehicles or containers on the pavers. (8) Declined sealer stripping services when signs of old sealer is present.
Important Considerations:
Maintenance is key: To keep this warranty valid we require a yearly maintenance cleaning. A yearly maintenance cleaning will ensure the longevity of the sealer.
Declining of recommended services: If you have previously had your pavers sealed and we find signs of old sealer on your pavers from our water test, we will recommend stripping the old sealer off for best results. By declining this recommended service it will void the warranty coverage.
Stages of normal wear down of sealer: We will discuss with you the expected life span of the sealer you choose. Keep in mind that the first thing that your sealed service will start to lose will be the sheen finish. This may start to occur between year 2 or 3. This will depend on sun exposure, weather, usage and maintenance. After the sheen finish starts to fade you will still have the protection you need. The second thing your sealed surface will start to lose is the enhancement color of the pavers. This will occur typically between years 3-5 again depending on sun exposure, weather usage and maintenance. When you start to see a color change in the pavers when they get wet this means they are absorbing the water and is a good indication you are ready for a new sealer application.

C) Sunshine State Power Wash LLC does not nor will not guarantee results for Stain removal services and are not covered with warranties. Stain removal is treated as a best effort service.
Water Usage:
By accepting this agreement, you agree to provide Sunshine State Power Wash LLC the right to use an on-site water supply as needed to complete the stated project without compensation. If an exterior water supply is not available, it will be at an additional charge. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the water supply is on and in working order before we arrive. Additional charges will be applied if water is not available.
Color and Tone Concerns:
The properties and species of wood age and weather can greatly affect the resulting color or tone of the stain. Note: Variances may occur on individual boards as well as the total project, as densities and other. Characteristics vary across and throughout the wood. Sunshine State Power Wash LLC and its associates attempt to represent the final finish color and tones as best as possible. While we can often give you an idea of the overall color or tone you must expect some variance in the overall finish.
Concrete and other Surface Areas:
There are occasions that after performing any surface cleaning, by removing the surface pollutants such as debris, dirt, grime, mold, mildew and algae, imperfections on the surface that were pre-existing may become visible. The appearance of concrete depends on a number of factors most linked to when the concrete was initially poured and cured. When removing the surface pollutants the concrete will then reveal any and all imperfections that the pollutants and stains have covered up. The customer understands that not all concrete will look the same even on the same driveway, patio, sidewalk, or concrete slab.
Courtesy and Safety:
While Sunshine State Power Wash LLC is on location and performing work on your property, you are responsible for keeping all children and pets, as well as other individuals away from the work area. This is for your safety as well as our own.
Payments:
Payments to Sunshine State Power Wash LLC are due as per the contract scheduled and are to be paid by cash, Zelle, or credit card. All balances are ALWAYS due upon completion of the job. The only exception is if agreed modification such as a commercial client or municipality payments. Any variance to this policy must be agreed upon and in writing. Late charges: If payment becomes 5 days past due late charges will be immediately assessed and charged in the amount of 10% of the due amount. If non payment continues a 10% charge will be added weekly on all balances not paid in accordance with contract terms. If payment is not received in 90 days a contractors lean will be filed on the customers property. The customer agrees to pay any collection cost incurred by Sunshine State Power Wash LLC related to the collection process of outstanding balances.
Scheduling:
Scheduling in a business which productivity relies upon the weather can be difficult. Inclement weather may affect scheduling. We try our best to keep scheduling conflicts to a minimum, however, circumstances that are beyond our control may affect your project start and completion dates. You will be notified of any changes.
Cancellation Policy:
Please note that once you have booked an appointment with Sunshine State Power Wash LLC we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you.
Please be advised that cancellations made up to 48 hours before a scheduled appointment via email, text, or phone call will be processed without a penalty. Cancellations made by Sunshine State Power Wash LLC can be rescheduled at no penalty to the customer.
Cancellations made 48 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a charge of a $25.00 fee.
Appointments where our service provider is unable to access the property, property is not ready, is turned away, the customer is unavailable or If there is no contact with the customer when Sunshine State Power Wash LLC has arrived. A limit of 30 minutes will be given from the scheduled time before leaving the job site and considering this as the customer cancellation without notice. Once Sunshine State Power Wash LLC is on site, any form of customer cancellation will be subject to a charge of $100.00. Any delay in the schedule at the fault of the customer after 15 minutes the customer will be charge $25.00 In 15 min increments.

Removal & Replacement of Deck/Patio Contents:
Removal and replacement of grills, deck/patio furniture, planters and any other items are the responsibility of the homeowner and should be completed before our arrival. Should Sunshine State Power Wash LLC need to remove items from the work area we will not be responsible for any damage, breakage or for storage issues. An additional Charge will be applied for the time and labor for the removal and replacement of these items.
Damages:
Sunshine State Power Wash LLC is not responsible for damages due to improperly installed siding, loose shingles or siding, broken or opened windows, Damaged screens, improperly sealed windows and doors, wood rot, defective construction, improperly secured wires, loose or improperly installed gutters, improper caulking. In every aluminum siding case and in some cases with vinyl siding, the sun and weather will bleach the color or cause fading. Failing surface materials may stand out. Sunshine State Power Wash LLC will not be responsible for such conditions. Sunshine State Power Wash LLC will not be responsible for loose mortar that may dislodge during the cleaning process. Sunshine State Power Wash LLC uses Soft Washing for roofs, siding, fences and screens to ensure the safest approach to cleaning.
Stains:
Some stains cannot be removed by power washing. Tree sap, artillery fungus, splatters from stains and paints are examples of materials that cannot be removed by conventional means. We make every attempt to point these areas out to the customer when quoting the project. Sometimes these stains cannot be removed at all.
B) Bugs and Infestations - At times some bugs nest known as (mud Dobbers) after removing the nest will still leave behind a stain mark in the stucco. Spiders nests, they appear as small yellow sacks. This infestation is common in new build communities or properties close to a wooded area. We can not guarantee 100% removal of these sticky nest or the removal of the spiders as this is more a pest control matter. We will make the best attempt to make the house/building appear as clean as possible. We can not prevent the return of pest, bugs or nest. When it comes to stains, bugs and nest our goal is to clean the surfaces to the best of our ability without causing further damage to the surface.

Watertight:
Sunshine State Power Wash LLC expects your property to be in good repair and weathertight. This includes, but is not limited to all electrical services including receptacles and light fixtures. Doors and windows shall also be weathertight. Sunshine State Power Wash LLC is not responsible for damages as a result of water infiltration from poor or improper installation, maintenance, or repair of electrical-related items or doors or windows. Sunshine State Power Wash LLC cannot guarantee removal of artillery fungus from the exterior house surfaces.
Window Spotting:
Windows may become water spotted as a result of our service. Window Cleaning is a separate service and will be charged as an add-on if the customer chooses to do so.
By Clicking accept on the Estimate/Quote invoice which is also a service agreement, the customer is acknowledging that he/she has read and understands all terms and conditions that are covered in this agreement. Also Clicking accept, the customer is now eligible to be placed on the schedule for the agreed date and time frame and is financially responsible for this agreement including any cancellation charges.
